We get it... Life happens, the kids get the sick, the car won't start, emergencies etc

What we're trying to say is, life sometimes gets in the way of our commitments . To make it easy for you, we've popped our booking policy below for you so there's no surprises...

Booking Policy

Cancellations | Changes to bookings

We totally get that sometimes you may need to change your booking ...after all life happens!!.

 

We do kindly request more than 24 hours notice to any changes or cancellations so we can offer your time to another client, otherwise your booking deposit will be forfeited.
As we sometimes have wait lists for appointments no exceptions will be made. If you are unwell and cant come in, feel free to send someone else in your place.

Cancellation with more than 24 hrs notice - No charges , booking deposit is transferred to a new booking

Cancellation with less than 24 hrs notice - 50% Booking deposit is taken as cancellation fee.

Cancellation with less 4 hrs notice or no show - Full treatment charge fee.

Ps! Our online system requires a deposit automatically. If you have a prior deposit on your account, call or email the clinic directly – OR redeem both deposits at your convenience if you prefer to book online.

 

Running late

If you run late for your appointment we may need to reschedule or change up your treatment so as not to impact other clients. Pls note: as your time and therapist has already been booked and allocated the full original treatment will be charged.

Booking Deposits

All Bookings require a booking deposit of 50% of the full service cost to secure the booking. These are transferable if a booking is changed within our booking policy terms.

Mobile Phones / Devices 

Your timeout is important to us so please switch your mobile devices on silent while visiting us, if you need to receive a phone call during your appointment , we ask you kindly to answer your call outside the clinic as this can be very disturbing to our other guests in the clinic.

Menu Pricing / Gift Vouchers 

Menu pricing of treatments and products are subject to change at any time. Gift vouchers can be used for purchase of products or service, please note there is no cash back or refunds available. Our cancellation policy still applies to voucher bookings and vouchers will be deducted accordingly.

Parking  

Parking in the Kuripuni village can sometimes be tricky at busy times,  however there is ample side street parking if you don't mind a 2 minute walk.  For example on south road with a quick walk across the crossing to the village if you get stuck. 

Arriving on time

If its your first time visiting us , we recommend you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your booking with us, Arriving late will reduce the time of spent with us as unfortunately, we are unable to extend treatment times beyond the booked time and charges will remain the full amount.
Please be advised that treatment times include preparation and consultation.

Bringing Visitors to your appointment

If you need to bring another person to your appointment or your child, please respect other clients enjoying the relaxation, peace and time out they booked for.  If you bring a device for a child to sit quietly and listen please remember headphones as we can not have videos or games playing in the clinic. We prefer if you try to arrange childcare prior to your appointment that way you get your time out too.
