Text Message Reminders / Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is that changes and cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice to allow us sufficient time to rebook the time that we reserve specially for you. With this in mind we send out a text message reminder 2 days before your booking so that you have time to change your booking if needed.
From 1st January 2021 , All Bookings over 1.5 hours require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure the booking.
Mobile Phones / Devices
Your timeout is important to us so please switch your mobile devices on silent while visiting us, if you need to receive a phone call during your appointment , we ask you kindly to answer your call outside the clinic as this can be very disturbing to our other guests in the clinic.
Menu Pricing / Gift Vouchers
Menu pricing of treatments and products are subject to change at any time. Gift vouchers can be used for purchase of products or service, please note there is no cash back or refunds available. Our cancellation policy still applies to voucher bookings and vouchers will be deducted accordingly.
Parking in the Kuripuni village can sometimes be tricky at busy times, however there is ample side street parking if you don't mind a 2 minute walk. For example on south road with a quick walk across the crossing to the village if you get stuck.
Arriving on time
If its your first time visiting us , we recommend you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your booking with us, Arriving late will reduce the time of spent with us as unfortunately, we are unable to extend treatment times beyond the booked time and charges will remain the full amount.
Please be advised that treatment times include preparation and consultation.

Bringing Visitors to your appointment
If you need to bring another person to your appointment or your child, please respect other clients enjoying the relaxation, peace and time out they booked for. If you bring a device for a child to sit quietly and listen please remember headphones as we can not have videos or games playing in the clinic. We prefer if you try to arrange childcare prior to your appointment that way you get your time out too.
